By using PhotoLink you agree to these terms. They apply in addition to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What you may share
Only share photos and videos you have the right to share. Do not use PhotoLink to share:
- anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material, which is reported to the authorities;
- intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- content that harasses, threatens or exposes private information about someone;
- malware, spam, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you share and for who you send links to. Anyone with a link can view and download what it holds until the link expires or you revoke it.
Reports and removal
Anyone can report a photo using the Report link on its page, or by emailing contact@panagiotispetridis.com. We review reports promptly and may remove anything, and refuse service, at our discretion.
The service
PhotoLink is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change or be discontinued. Do not rely on it as the only copy of anything: links and files are deleted automatically. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
